For submersible pumps, we need to understand their installation, maintenance, and repair, as well as their disassembly. When disassembling, there are precautions. Therefore, the following is an introduction to the precautions to be taken when disassembling:
1. Before disassembling the submersible pump, measure and record the clearance between each part of the rotor.
2. Try to avoid hitting with a heavy hammer as much as possible, and the removed parts should not be damaged and kept properly.
3. Record in detail the replacement reasons and usage of the components that need to be replaced.
4. Before reassembling the submersible pump, all components must be cleaned and deburred.
5. Adjust the clearances of each part of the rotor according to the clearance schedule.
6. The static sealing surface without sealing gasket or sealing ring is coated with "106" silicone rubber coating.
7. After all are installed, a leak detection must be carried out.
8. After reinstallation, trial operation and necessary performance testing must be carried out before installation and use can proceed.
