If there is water in the oil, it means that the waterproof mechanical seal needs to be replaced. The method to replace the waterproof mechanical seal is as follows: first, remove the fixed screw at the outlet of the submersible pump and the outlet, then remove the impeller screw, find a rectangular piece of wood, place one end at the bottom of the impeller, and then collide with the other end. Use a hammer. At the upper end of the wood, you can remove the impeller, then remove the three bolts of the oil chamber cover, and then remove the cover to view the relevant components of the mechanical seal. Before disassembling the mechanical seal, please remember the installation sequence of the mechanical seal. It is recommended to take photos and archive, remove the old mechanical seal, and then install the new mechanical seal in the correct order. Then install the oil chamber cover in the disassembly sequence and fill the oil chamber with transformer oil.
