1. Unable to start and run

There are many reasons for the inability to start and operate, including low voltage, open circuit in the feeder wire, the impeller being stuck by debris, the impeller being tightly attached to the volute, loose nuts, and damage to the war key causing the impeller to slip; The corresponding solution is to increase the voltage or continue to use it after the voltage has decreased, stop reflecting and replacing the blown fuse and wiring, clean up the debris at the impeller, restart disassembly, separate the impeller and volute, and align the key and nut stop device.

In addition, the reason why the sewage pump cannot start and operate can also be due to the lack of axial clearance and jamming between its two half couplings, damage to the coupling flat key, lower motor speed than the additional speed, and blocked suction port; The corresponding treatment method is to stop adjusting the axial clearance (0.5mm) between the two half couplings, stop replacing the damaged flat key, increase the motor speed, and remove the obstruction at the suction port.

When the temperature of the pumped liquid is too high, hard objects and debris appear in the task liquid and volute, the suction port seeps into air, the nut appears loose, the impeller and volute present friction, the bearing is damaged, the pump shaft and motor are not concentric, and the shaft is bent, etc., it is easy to cause noise and vibration in the pipeline sewage pump. It is necessary to reduce the liquid temperature, increase the filter screen, clear debris, bury the volute deeply, and tighten the nut Reflect on the disassembly of the pump and stop appropriate adjustments, exchange bearings, align the pump shaft with the motor, and calibrate the shaft.

4. Overload
